Eng. Aisha Abdullah Al-Kalbani is a Senior Specialist in the Frequency Planning & Strategy Department (Spectrum Management unit) in the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) – Oman. Eng. Aisha has a Master Degree in Mobile and Satellite Communications from the United Kingdom (2014), and a Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Higher Technical College- Oman (2011). Eng. Aisha has joint the Telecom Regulatory Authority in 2011. Eng. Aisha has worked over the years with issues related to spectrum allocations and planning with the International Telecommunications Union (ITU).
